I had the opportunity to spend an incredible week in a part of France I thought mainly of as a remote place to rest and enjoy excellent sea food.

It was the end of fall and I expected a gloomy, wet and cold week away from my current hot and sunny Middle Eastern base of operations. Which I was looking forward to by the way! What I ended up finding was incredible sea views, changing skies, wonderful light and breathtaking landscapes.

I forced my self to limit my shooting options by only using 2 pieces of equipment:

  • A Leica M10-R with a Voigtlander 21mm f/1.8 Ultron

  • A Canon EOS 5DSR mounted with one of my favorite lenses: a prime L-Series 135mm f/2 lens
